Looking for Hotel operators

For various developers we are looking for hoteloperators. The hotels are being developped in the Amsterdan region and have between 100 and 300 rooms. In the hotels there is a possibility to create extended stay/serviced appartments and several F&B outlets and/or welness and/or conferencerooms.
Because the hotels still are in development fase, an operator can change the program at his/her wishes.

We are offering (long term) rental agreements for the right concept.
